My goal as a trainer goes much further than just helping you get that sexy physique (don't get me wrong, we're definitely bringing sexy back)! I want to help you improve your everyday life. At Phoenix FitCamps we offer 50 minute, fun (maybe it's fun in a sick twisted kind of way, but still fun), high intensity FAT BURNING boot camp sessions designed for all fitness levels. You are going to get a great combination of cardio, metabolic, endurance, strength, power and agility training. You workout according to your level of conditioning. We can modify any exercise and we can progress each exercise too. Show up, give it your all and I will help guide you along the way. As a member you will also receive online coaching, recipes, motivation and at home HIIT workouts for the days you just can't make it in. Let's start crushing goals!!
